Each order includes:

1. Your Mini Focus by Mr. Voss watch in its official box or premium packaging, when selected or included with your order.
2. A microfiber cleaning cloth.
3. Instruction materials.
4. Warranty documentation.

Note: If your warranty card appears blank, there is no need to worry. Your purchase is digitally registered and covered through your order number.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer seasonal promotions and exclusive shipping offers throughout the year.

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated international delivery generally takes between 7–16 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Any taxes, duties or import charges displayed at checkout are included in the final amount you pay.

Water-resistance levels vary by model. Always check the product specifications before exposing your watch to water.

Water-resistant watches should not be used in hot showers, saunas or environments with sudden temperature changes, as these conditions may affect the seals.

Yes. Mini Focus by Mr. Voss watches include warranty coverage against eligible manufacturing defects.

Damage caused by misuse, impacts, incorrect handling, normal wear or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
