If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the conditions below to determine whether your order is eligible for a return or refund.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase or the original order number.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Please include the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photos or videos of the item, when applicable.
Our team will review your request and provide the applicable return instructions.
Please do not send any product back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from our Customer Care team.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photos or videos showing:
- The product and the reported issue.
- The original packaging.
- The shipping label.
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we may provide an appropriate solution, including:
- A replacement.
- A full refund.
- A partial refund, when appropriate.
Approved solutions for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.
Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and are outside our control.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or from a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is requested because of a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size or color selection, or another reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return results from a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.
Return shipping charges paid by the customer are not refundable unless expressly approved in writing by our Customer Care team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Gift cards.
- Items clearly marked as final sale.
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or protective materials.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the customer may request a return after delivery, subject to the conditions of this policy.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
To obtain a different model, color, or product, the customer must request an eligible return and place a new order separately.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery, not collected, or returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may be subject to shipping, handling, customs, or return transportation charges.
Any approved refund in these circumstances may be reduced by costs incurred in returning or recovering the shipment.
International Orders
For international returns, the customer is responsible for following the return instructions provided by our Customer Care team.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable in the customer’s country or region.
